Orchestration fouten : Royal Koopmans Servicedesk

Analyse van orchestratie fouten in de fouten tabel van JD Edwards. Ga naar DAS en start het rapport "Exception monitoring - F980060 - rapportage (F980060).

Start dan het rapport op door op de knop "Rapport uitvoeren" te klikken:

Klik daarna op de excel button, dan worden de gegevens gedownload naar excel.

In excel kun je dan beter kijken wat er fout gegaan is. Selecteer het hele werkblad (stap 1), klik daarna op verticaal en kies voor Boven. En klik op Terugloop, als laatste stap klik op de OK button (stap 4).

Bijvoorbeeld, fout: sales-order-confirmation-wms-ex.

Analyse:

Uit de foutmelding blijkt dat Kooiker spullen heeft verstuurd op een HE pallet. Deze HE pallet is niet bekend bij meel.

Oplossing:

Aanmaken van het artikel HE in het filiaal van meel.

Applicatie is P41026, zoek op het artikel HE (voer in bij stap 1 en klik op de zoeken button stap 2). Selecteer de regel en klik op de kopieer button (stap 4).

Analyse:

De foutmelding advanced lot/serial, betekend dat voor elke ontvangst een leveranciers ordernummer moet worden ingevuld. Dit heeft Kooiker vergeten.

Oplossing:

Ga naar het artikel/filiaal record in de P41026 en voer het artikelnummer in en het filiaal. In dit geval is dat artikelnummer 04003300301 en filiaal 2500. Selecteer het regel en klik op het groene vinkje (stap 4).

Ga in het volgende scherm naar de tab “Partijverwerking” en verwijder in het veld “Serienummer vereist” (stap 2) het getal 3 en klik afsluitend op het groene vinkje.

Ga daarna naar de orchestration studio “https://jdepd.royalkoopmans.net/studio/login.html” en klik op de button “Orkestraties”.

Zoek naar de orchestration “pre-notification-External-purchase-order” in het Zoeken veld.

Je komt in het orchestratie scherm. Klik op het icoontje bij stap1 en klik daarna op het icoon bij stap 2.

Zet de knop bij Onbewerkt naar rechts en verwijder de tekst in het scherm (bij stap 2).

Plak de JSON in het scherm voor de json input en klik op de button “Uitvoeren”.
